Basics of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
300 Hour Advanced Prerequisite Course – Yoga Alliance Continuing Education
Prerequisite course for students untrained in the teaching methodology and practice of The Universal Principals of Alignment™, this course is also offered to our graduates and those who have competed a 200 hour/300 hour program from another system as a “brush up on the basics”.

- Tuition: $250 for VSY 300-hour advanced registrants, $300 for continuing education registrants + GST
- Prerequisite: A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate
Principals in Practice: (5 Hours)
Explore the elegance of The Universal Principals of Alignment™ in practice and in theory. This luminary method of bio mechanical cueing and alignment is a holistic means of aligning the body, mind and heart; thereby developing more ease and stability in all movements. Learn the basics of sound bio mechanics as seen through the lens of modern alignment steeped in time honoured tradition, philosophy and expression of the heart.
Teaching Methodology: (9 Hours)
Learn how to use direct and active languaging coupled with an understanding of optimal alignment and intention. This form of teaching methodology allows for an authentic and safe environment for students to thrive with in. Learn to teach the basics of how to actively engage with students, cue bio mechanics and safely set the foundation for inspiration and expression.
